How to conference?
When organizing a conference call, the organizer determines the time and room number which is shared with the participants. And that is it. No need to ‘configure’ the room number. All callers selecting the same room number will automatically be included in the conference room.
Security code
Optionally it is possible to set an additional security code in the settings form. When this security code is set, callers will have to know and dial this code in order to participate. You will be able to change this code as many times as you want. Share with the organizers this code together with the phone number.
Fax2Email
Sometimes you still need to be able to receive faxes. Have the faxes converted to PDF and send to one or more email addresses. Simple and effective.
