What will you do?

  • From the very first moment, you will be involved in the business, learning about our products and customer solutions.
  • You will learn everything about customer journeys and marketing in collaboration with a senior.
  • Making appointments with potential clients, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing support.
  • Communicating with suppliers about the order process.

Sales trainee phases?

  • The first phase. In the first phase, you will get to know our company, our software, and our clients and prospects. You will focus on making appointments and generating leads through various channels. The development of some core skills is central. Through exercises, we will work on the right calling skills, asking the right questions within customer relationships, and proper order processing. This way, you will be fully prepared for the role.
  • The second phase. In the second phase, you will go deeper and have more personal contact with clients and prospects. You will receive training, shadow sales activities, and learn how to give a good presentation. This way, you will develop your sales skills. We ensure good sales guidance from a senior, with whom you will score your first assignment, so you gradually grow towards independently closing great deals!
